Before I start, I want to share with you that six weeks ago I took the BIG JUMP and am now observing Shabbat! This is a huge change for me but feels right. Friday sundown for 25 hours until Saturday night. At the end of the stories below, I’ve linked my first and then most recent mini videos, which are micro glimpses into observing Shabbat. I’m not generally a “pun” person, but I had to find a way to keep the “micro mini’ theme going. You’ll see. 😉
SHABBAT SHALOM Week 6: **Quick Shabbat tip…. One Shabbat observance is that we don’t kindle a flame (lighting or extinguishing) during Shabbat. This is the reason we light the candles BEFORE sundown.
